Domain selected for free edition license already exists

Hi,

This is Kamshika. I'm currently using the free edition of Kentico v12. I have recently generated the license with the domain "digitalvillage.com". But it already exists. Could you please let me know on how to change the domain?

Are you generating free edition license Or full license from client.kentico.com? If it is free license then we can generate multiple times with same domain name no restrictions.

Do you mean the domain you requested wasn't available anymore but you already got a Kentico license for it?

Isn't it possible you have generated the key for this domain for an older Kentico version? If yes, then you can just upgrade the old version key to the new Kentico version.
