Docuement Tree with CheckBox

Hi Team,

I have a new requirement where i need to list Documents in a tree structure with the checkbox against each document/node. So the user can select multiple documents and process them in bulk.

Please let me know how i can do that. Is it possible to customize the Uni Selector? If i create a repeator, there will be lot of affort.

Is there any easy way to do this using inbuit user control/webpart? Attaching an image for the reference.
