In Kentico, there are Page Types (which is basically anything you want, an object with fields, in this case a FAQs page type that may have the fields Question and Answer).
Once you create a new Page Type, add it to the website and set the types you can place it under, you now can add FAQs objects to your content tree.
Lastly to display them on a page, i would use the Repeater Web Part and configure it to select FAQs page types, and transform it however you wish.
