cmsadministration.aspx trying to load core-icons over http instead of https

SOS Childrensvillages asked on August 14, 2017 16:36

Hi, we've upgraded our site to https and everything is working fine except for Kentico trying to load the icons over http. The error I get is as follows:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.site.com/Admin/cmsadministration.aspx#95a82f36-9c40-45f0-86f1-39aa44db9a77' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure font 'http://www.site.com/App_Themes/Default/Fonts/Core-icons.woff'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

My question is, how can I force cmsadministration.aspx to use https? I've tried clearing the cache, different browsers, incognito browsing, etc.

Thanks in advance

To add my 5 cents - if the SSL is terminaed/offloaded before the actual web server, you need to set the SSL Accelerator support

What version of Kentico (and hotfix) are you on? It may be a bug, otherwise try in Settings to check the property "Use SSL for administration interface" under Security.
