Cannot open expand submenu in admin

Hi, I am unable to open expand submenu pages in CMS admin side. Can open all the other pages which are not inside sub menu. When I click on the "+" sign to expand the menu it showing me the "load icon" only. The version I am using is Kentico10

Hi Jeewani, Can you check the Event log for any errors? Additionally, you will want to check your browsers developer console (hit F12 on your keyboard with the browser open, navigate to where you see this issue, then check the console) for errors. They could give some more information on what is wrong.

Also, have you made any changes to the site or this section recently that could be involved?

We've seen this issue with even version 11 using Chrome. If you try a different browser it seems to work without issue. The workaround for folks who want to use Chrome is to select the page, click the refresh button (top right of the content tree, hidden until you hover over it) and it will expand to see the children.
