Cannot Download Form Data from Live Site

We currently use the staging function and have a development site and a live, public facing site. For some reason the actions menu for the form submission data is locked on our live site. This prevents us from being able to download the submitted form data. Our development site does not have this issue. However, all form data is collected on our live site.

Permissions seem to be identical between the two instances. Can anyone point me to a possible solution?

I would first check for javascript errors (often the f12 key when on a browser like chrome), may also be a macro issue that going to System > Macros > Signatures and resigning the macros may resolve.

I assume when you say "locked" you can't get the menu to appear at all, correct? Or does it appear but the options to export to excel/csv/xml are greyed out?

Can you enable Developer Tool (F12) in browser and see if certain JS is been blocked?

Oh dear lord, I feel like such an idiot.

Was generating jquery errors in Firefox. Then realized it was still working in Chrome.

Cleared the cache of everything in FF and it is working again.
