Can we add custom metadata fields in the "Properties > Metadata" tab in Kentico 13?

Hi everyone,

I'm working with Kentico 13, and in the Pages > Properties > Metadata tab, we see default fields like Page title, Page description, and Page keywords.

Is it possible to add custom metadata fields (e.g.,MetaRobots, Meta Author, Robots, Canonical URL, Custom Meta Tags and Viewport Open Graph tags) to this Metadata tab?

If so, what is the correct way to configure the page type fields so that they appear in this tab instead of the Content tab?

There are no settings for this. You would need to customize the default ASPX page in the admin project and adjust its code logic to include what you need. You can check this article to see how to find the code file and then you can edit it.
Keep in mind that these changes can be overwritten by an hotfix. So, make sure you document this changes well in the project documentation and add it also to your hotfix checklist.
