Browser keeps asking for credentials after setting up Kentico Windows AD Authentication.

I followed the steps described in the docs:

The server is on the same domain as the active directory. The browser keeps asking for login credentials. I've tried all correct credentials as well but keep getting the same prompt. Image Text

If the domain name is not in "intranet" format, like http://intranet the browser will always ask for credentials unless you add your domain name as a trusted site into your browser.

What format are you entering the username? Are you using domain\username?

You may need to provide more information in order to get an answer. Or contact Kentico support although if you're on version 9 you may not get support for it.

Hi Brenden,

I tried "domain\username" as well. It didn't work either.

I was hoping to be logged in automatically as I had configured according to the documentation.
