Blog In Menu Problems

Hi All,

Ok I have finally figured out the blog and have it working sweet.

However I cant for the life of me get it to show in the Menu.

I have ticked the box to put in in the navigation but it wont show up.

Any idea peeps?

Hello,

have you assigned the blog page type to your menu web part? If you open properties of your web part you should see the Blog (document type or page type) listed.

In your menu navigation webpart, make sure you have CMS.Blog as a selection in addition to CMS.MenuItem. You may have to modify your transformation a bit to make sure it works with both items though. Typically the value Eval("DocumentName") will work best.
