Archive Ability for CMS Edtor

I need to provide the ability for the CMS Edtior role to archive documents without adding the manage workflow permission. The article below conveys that an advanced workflow would be required. Can you provide details regarding how to accommodate this?

Hi Vincent,

You should design advanced workflow as described here https://docs.kentico.com/display/K81/Designing+advanced+workflows and specify a custom step between Publish and Archive steps and set the role to be moderator of this custom step only.
