After Kentico 13 upgrade getting widget settings modal window not opening up

Hello Everyone,

I'm facing weird issue after an upgrade from Kentico version 12 to Kentico version 13. In admin when trying to open any off the widget or section property configuration modal window not opening up. Throwing an exception of System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.

All the necessary configuration and page builder setting are already integrated but still facing this problem.
