HI Stephen: it is working all right here (I just updated Firefox to v40.0.2). Is your end a virtual machine ?

Hi Juan ~ no it's not virtual, and users have cleared their cache/cookies and restarted to no avail

Is your user assigned a role, either global or site related?

Hi Brenden ~ it's across the board both global + site

I'm having the same issue, ff v 40.0.2 as admin, running v 8.2.13 Only the top black bar is loading, nothing else. Everything still works fine in Chrome and IE.

Edit: I checked another Kentico site (an intranet) running 8.2.23 and the admin board loads just fine

I can confirm that there is an issue, I am having it as well. Otherwise it is working in Edge and Chrome just fine.

Hi guys,

I have FF 40.0.2 as well and Kentico 8.0.21, 8.1.17 and 8.2.34 are working fine. Have you tried clearing the browser cache? Also, there was a bug in Kentico 8.2 related to slow connection - in some cases the dashboard was not loaded correctly:

Application dashboard - The application dashboard didn't always load correctly for slow connections The application dashboard did not always load correctly the first time it was requested. This happened to users with slow connections to the server.

It was fixed in hotfix 8.2.30

Hi Juraj, both the cache + cookies have been cleared, unfortunately one user who was effected by FF has now reported it in Chrome 44.0.2403.157m

There's a new version of Firefox that just came out which is 40.0.03, unfortunately the result is the same

Hi,

Does it happen for other Kentico installations too? On other computers as well?

Hi Juraj ~ we're only on v8.0.21 but it happens on a range of computers (running 7 + 8.1)

Does it happen for Kentico 8.1 or 8.2 as well? It is possible that the scripts gets messed up when using different Kentico versions. Does clearing the browser cache and/or ctrl+F5 reload help?

Are there any errors in the browser console?

Sorry Juraj ~ just to clarify we are on Kentico v8.0.21 but we're running it on devices that have Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft 8.1 operating systems. Clearing browser caches and cookies does not solve the issue (although when we had this issue before in a previous version of Chrome it did work)

To debug this issue we would need to have the backups. Could you please send us a ticket to support@kentico.com - if possible with link to download the backups.

IF you do not have space for it, just let us know and we will send you our FTP access where you could upload them.
