Add product to cart without refreshing page

Is there a way to add a product to your shopping cart without it refreshing the page?

You might be able to wrap an update panel around it or use the update panel in the web part. Is your cart on another page? Or are you just looking to add to cart and continue shopping on the same page without any interruption?
