Access Addresss form in one Page checkout

How can we access customer address form of one page checkout at server side . I am not getting one page checkout updated address after user select state ShoppingCart.ShoppingCartShippingAddress , Delivery delivery , Both these objects i find empty after user select state

Thank you for your message.

Can you please check that the Propagate changes on postback and Use update panel properties are turned on for the Customer address web part? This will ensure the Country and State selection is update for you to use.
