Absolue Path in DB Error Adding Widget: Analitycs chart viewer

Hi,

I have 2 Kentico Web site application deployed to two different machines A: deployed to c:\pippo B: deployed to e:\pluto

Application B use a dabatase backup of Application A

When I try to add "Analitycs chart viewer" from CmsSiteManager I get the error: Message: [MetaFileInfoProvider.SaveFileToDisk]: Access to the path 'C:\pippo\Portal\CMSFiles\' is denied.

I suppose that that absolute path is stored in the DB but i can't find it

Any suggestion to correct this path?

Hi, It seems you have set the "Files folder" setting in Site Manager -> Settings -> #select your site# -> System -> Files section and since it is a DB backup, the value of this setting is the same. Please, check this location and change the setting if it is set.

Settings-->Sistem-->Files--> Storage: "Files folder" is empty (both for site and Global)

When you did your backup, did you rename your files or point to the new database you wanted to back up to or simply overwrite the same database? How about changing your connection string in your new app? Are you running it locally and seeing the same error? Check the event logs in Kentico and the Server to see if there is any other information. I backup from live environments to staging environments all the time and have never come across this.

I'm sorry, the "Absolute Path" was correct! So no path embedded into db -.-'. The only problem i had was an access denied on CMSFile folder that i solved setting the right pemissions. Anyway the widget "Analytics chart viewer--> All traffic sources" only shows data up to 2011... Do I need to configure something?
