It wasn't easy to choose the best submission among the dozens of others so we decided to choose the winner according the total number of downloads of each submitted item. My Twitter! web part was something that the customers were asking for in the recent past, so it's natural that it got such a huge attention right after it was published at Kentico Marketplace.
