In version 6 we started enhancing our e-commerce solution for more advanced scenarios (new product types, support for shared and global data, easier customization model) and we continue doing it in version 7. The first things I would like to introduce you are the brand new e-commerce reports.

Version 6 comes with brand new customization model which brings you more flexibility and easier customization. If you are one of those who did some customization to E-commerce in previous versions, you should definitely read this post. Since version 5.0 all these menus are populated dynamically from UI elements. It means you can easily define your custom UI element and display it in the menu, however you are not able to display the tree menu. I'll show you how you can easily achieve this.
