Can I rename the pages application to something else. Also I'd like to set a short cut when the pages application is launch and have it go to a specific new page type.

I have upgraded to 8.2 and then when I am trying to edit my page template layout I am getting following Error **The file '/CMSFormControls/System/MetafileOrFontIconSelector.ascx' does not exist.** Please suggest me what should i do??

Do I need to install all of the 8.2 hotfixes before upgrading to Version 9? Thanks David
