Hello. No, there will be no restrictions. If you have a valid maintenance, you can upgrade from 5.5R2 to 6.0 via standard upgrade procedure. This means there will an upgrade package available, when Kentico CMS 6.0 is released. Best Regards, Radek Macalik

Is there a way to "upgrade" from 2.0 to 2.0a or should I just wait until 2.0b comes out with it's patch files?

i dont do anything.. i just run the upgrade sql script.. and dang...error
