Xperience By Kentico- SEO Fields Migration (Metadata)

Rajani Kavari asked on September 12, 2025 14:20

In Xperience by Kentico, how can we migrate and implement SEO fields (Title, Description, Keywords, Canonical URL) for pages? In Kentico 13 and earlier versions, these fields were available directly on page types, but I don’t see the same built-in setup in Xperience by Kentico. What is the recommended approach to define, migrate, and render these SEO fields across all page types?

Hi Rajani! Just to add—in XbK, SEO fields aren't "baked-in" like older versions. You now define them as part of your Content Types for better flexibility. It’s a bit of a shift from Kentico 13, but gives you way more control. Definitely check the portal Juraj linked for the full docs. Good luck!
