Xperience 13 Forms app issue

Hi,

On Xperience 13 Forms app, I don't have any options other than Versions. No fields, form builder, etc. Not sure what happened. It was normal before with all the options and let me build forms.

I would try re-signing macros and then check that the hash salt string is the same for the admin as well as front end app.
Are there any errors in the Event log?
