Is there any sample or literature about how to use these webparts step by step? We have needs to create something like this http://partner.market.yandex.ru/pages/help/YML.xml for markets

I'd check out the RSS Feed webpart then. You connect this to a datasource (most likely a document datasource), set a few properties and define your transformation and you're set.

If you want to get result like on URL provided by you, I think you must develop custom web part.

Do you want to create the XML or simply use the XML in a datasource to populate a viewer control/webpart?

Hello, not sure, but seems we need create the XML, Our needs is create something same like sitemap.xml just add there few additional rows in content, like currency , id, description and price
