When you create a transformation and it asks you to select a page type, that is the page type it stores the transformation on. You can create a container page type to hold the transformation. Documentation
There is also a twitter feed webpart depending on the version of kentico you are using...may be worth looking into as a quick solution. Otherwise, you shouldn't need a page type at all, just put the name of the data source in.
i have many people, and for each one i need to get feed and i can't get IDwidget for each one so i used xml data source to get xml feed
