X13 Form builder not allowing updates

I'm having an issue with the form builder where I can't save any updates. For instance when clicking a Text input, changing it's label then hitting Apply, the Apply button goes gray, but the update never gets saved. There are no console errors and no event log errors. I debugged it and found it calls kenticoFormBuilderFreezeUI when clicking the button, but never gets to the UnFreeze function.

This started happening after a hotfix update. I've applied hotfix 147 to the site and the issue still remains. Thanks for any help you can provide on this.

There could have very well been some javascript updates. I'd suggest clearing the cache in your browser or trying an incognito window.

Am reproducing this problem as of April 2025 in these Xperience13 builds: v13.0.133 But not in this build v13.0.115

I have verified that third party cookies are enabled and that all affected sites have browser properties to allow the affected site name.

Any details on available fix appreciated. Thanks.

I am also experiencing this issue. I just hotfixed from 13.0.130 to 13.0.182 and now the Form Builder doesn't save updates and it grays out the apply button and freezes like Matt said.

I cleared browser cache etc. and tried an incognito window and it still doesn't work.

Please provide some fixes if you've found any or things to look for to troubleshoot. Thank you

Just wanted to come back any say that I ended up deleting all of the files on the server for both the live site and admin site (after backing them up), then I deployed all of the files from my local computer to the server and that fixed the issue.

I must've missed removing or updating a file when I deployed the hotfix the first time.

The form builder was working locally for me but not on my QA, Staging, or Production sites so that is what tipped me off that there may be a file that didn't get deployed or something.
