Wildcard curly bracket removed by Kentico 10

Hi, I tried to use wildcard URL in one of our page using kentico 10. I put /News/News-Update/{id} in Page URL path but when i click save, the curly bracket is gone. We did not face this issue when using kentico 8. Really need help here because it's weird problem and can't find solution anywhere and the dateline is near. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

You don't add the wildcard in the actual path, you add it as an alias for that page.
