Anywhere in the site that you see a sideways triangle, you can click that triangle, and write a macro condition. If you go into the configuration of the webpart, most of those property fields will have the mark in between the label and the input. Click that and you should be able to enter a macro. They are pretty much everywhere in Kentico, so once you see that example, just look around and you will find it.
