Where are image or media uploader extensions set.

I have an issue with a rich text box. That when I try to insert an image. And I upload the image. I get an error saying "This page type is not allowed to be created here"

Hi Jon,

You can find the allowed media allowed file types in Admin / Settings / System / Files / Security / Upload extensions. From there you can specify the types of files you want to allow to be uploaded. Just add your file type to the list, separating it with a ";".

Just let me add that settings for Media are also described in the Documentation, so sometimes it's worth of checking first: Settings - Media

Martin appreciate the response about the docs. That's my first place to go. Then here. I found the issue. It was a setting. Thanks though as always for the help.
