Lets say I have page and the content should be taken from fields within the forms tab What web part would i use on the page template and how would i tell it to look within itself as oppose to looking for the document type in a folder?

You can typically use a repeater without a problem. You might want to read up on displaying content.

I know normally you would use a editable region but i want that section to pull from a body field located on the forms tab
