website not working with subdomain in live mode

My website with sub domain, is working fine in preview mode, but not working in live mode because of www is auto added with sub domain url. please guide me asap.

Please set the Settings -> URLs and SEO -> Process domain prefix setting to Always use domain without www prefix.

The other option on your dev or staging site is to leave the option Jan mentioned set at Leave domain as is. Then in your production environment, leave it set to Always use domain with WWW prefix.
