WEB FARM - KENTICO 13

Hi guys , hope you are well.

We are getting the bellow error message under the Web farm > Servers.

'Web Farm synchronization is currently disabled. You need a valid license that supports all your healthy web farm server'.

Note: We have an unlimited license for the web farms and we are using the automatic method of farming.

Any suggestion?

Do you have license keys for all the domains and IPs used for the apps connecting to the DB?

I would try restarting all the web farm servers. When this issue started? What was changed before? Are all the servers marked as healthy? I would also try removing the all the servers from the list and let the system to detect them again. and I would also check the time settings on each machines and make sure all are the same.

I have restarted them but nothing.

Maybe the license are not validated?

What do you mean by validated? You generate the keys in client portal and then enter them into your admin app into the Licenses app.
What is your environment setup? Are you running on some cloud service?

And one more idea - please check what domains are set for the site. As main domains or domain aliases. You may need to have keys for these domains listed too.
