Value from Page types to pages

Great, thanks! If the values are saved on the Form tab, you need to use some listing/viewer web part (there is a section in the web parts list) such as repeater. In the repeater you need to configure the path to the page(s), what page types you want to list and display and then write appropriate transformations.
I would recommend signing up for the hosted trial and use e.g. the sample Corporate site as a reference - many web parts are pre-configured there, there are many sample transformations so you can take a look how are things working and get some hands-on experience.
