v8 - How to give a role access to edit the CSS via the Master Page General Properties?

In v8, I am trying to find in the UI Personalization editor where I can give a role access to edit the CSS via the Master Page General Properties? Is this possible?

Hi,

In the UI personalization module Select your site and role from the drop downs. Then: CMS -> Administration -> Content management -> Pages -> Edit -> Properties -> General -> Design and enable the CSS.
