[V13]: Form settings not updating

We recently just migrated from V12 to V13. We are having this issue where our forms are not getting the updated settings when we save it.

e.g. - Changes to the Email Notification's Recipient emails, still goes to the old recipient email's value. or simply - Change Form Settings from Reload Form to Redirect to URL, still Reloads the form.

Note: No errors on the Event Log and Console log.

Can someone help or make suggestions on what to check on our Kentico build?
