URL Redirection not working when I am logged into Admin

I notice my url redirects that I added to my document in the Navigation tab only works when I log out of Admin. Please is there any way to fix this?

By default you wouldn't want them to redirect while you are logged into admin otherwise you'd never be able to edit that page. If you want to test the redirect functionality, simply view the live site and you should see that in action.
