upgrade Kentico 9 from 8.2

Hi, after the upgrade kentico 8.2 to 9 , I got this problem "Invalid column name 'DocumentInheritsStylesheet'." , before upgrading , There was no problem with the kentico 8.2, someone can help me ??

You may have to provide more context to the error/problem. Where are you receiving this error? Can you provide the whole error and when you receive it?

So i upgraded to 9.0 successfully. Few weeks after i had to restore DB from backup of 8.2. I ran upgrade scripts again and i got this error. How do i only upgrade database and not the code?

If you're using the KIM (Kentico Installation Manager) you have options at the last step to choose if you upgrade code or SQL or both. Another option is to download the upgrade package and just run the SQL script in the nested folders. Either way you still need to run the site after the upgrade has been performed on the db with the upgraded code. Also know if you don't have the proper upgrade .zip file in the CMSSiteUtils/Import directory, the upgrade will fail as well.

So my situation is a little different. I already upgrade my codebase to version 9. Everything worked until i had to drop my existing DB ( version 9 ). I then restored it from version 8.2 and ran sql upgrade scripts. Now i am getting errors.
