upgrade

i applied upgrade from 7 to 8 , from 8 to 8.1 and from 8.1 to 8.2 then New License and new workflow buttons are missing also under all applications lines are duplicated Please can i have help thanks

Try to clear browser cache, application cache, restart Kentico and/or application pool @ IIS.

Have you applied latest hotfix for v8.2? Do you see any errors in the event log?

As Roman has mentioned, make sure you have cleared the server AND browser cache. This fixes 95% of the issues with the UI. Another question is did you have any errors or customizations which need to be reviewed?
