unable to upgrade from Kentico 8.2.5 to Kentico 9

Hi, I'm getting this error when i'm running Kentico upgrading tool.

CMS\web.config was modified by a user and needs to be handled manually.Message: Unable to update xml element. Element on '/configuration/system.web/compilation/assemblies/add[@assembly = "System.Net.Http, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a"]' was not found.

I only changed the connectionString in web.config file. Please suggest.

Hi,
The issue is caused most likely by a duplicate .sln file in the project root. For some reason the upgrade tool creates new .sln file. Removing one of the .sln files fixes the issue.
