Unable to create new pages on any culture

Hi all,

I have a very strange issue that we are unable to resolve and cannot find much online about this (barring a topic dated back to 2011).

We inherited a Kentico site from a partner company and copied over from their instance to ours. We're running off a full EMS license and have the following issue.When we try to create a new page, on any culture we get the following message:

You are not allowed to create new pages in the selected culture. The number of cultures assigned to the site does not fulfill the license requirements.

Is there anyone that can help me troubleshoot this?

Is there any not ems license in the licenses? It's possible it's blocking because of that, but doubtful.

Hi Trevor. I've just checked and there are only EMS licenses. Nothing else

Next step is to try resigning the macros.

Are there any additional event log errors that may give some more info?

Hi Trevor, it looks like signature issues on the webparts. We inherited this site and the issues stems from when we ported over the sites to our servers.
