You need to determine what makes them different. Is it a category or something else they are related to? If they are categorized differently then simply create sub pages and nest them under that category page and display them as such. If you need to do something outside of the content tree, then add a category field to the FAQ doc type and simply modify your where statement in the repeater.
There are other options although these are the simplest.
