Trouble attempting resigning Macros

Ok, we have been having issue with macros, everything that has been listed has been pointing to resigning the macros. I have attempted this in mutipule ways, to no avail:

Setting up a new identity, Changing the Salt Removing the old identities and attempting to set up a new one (the Global Admin)

This last one I have not been able to get to work as the dialog box that would allow me to choose the user comes up with an error: The dialog parameters are not consistent, please try to reopen the dialog.

In the log I get this error due to it:

Security check of the expression 'Settings.CMSEnableTranslations|(identity)GlobalAdministrator|(hash)6b996b54dcb84cf6911b3ca1ffcf72f77d6d48b8436aed1fd3678a44e1554c46' didn't pass. The expression was signed by macro identity 'GlobalAdministrator' which either does not exist or has no effective user assigned. Either create the macro identity and/or assign it an effective user with proper permissions for the expression evaluation, or remove the signature and re-save the expression by a user with proper permissions or proper macro identity assigned.

This error is consistent with the errors I was getting before I had removed the previous user.

Now, I have not seen anything about being able to reset the Signature system at all, is there any thing in place?

Have you tried resigning them all?

In the System module, click on Macros > Signatures and click the sign all macros checkbox.

Is it just that one macro, some or ALL?

What dialog box did you mean? Any or one specific related to translations?

The dialog box when you attempt to select an effective user.
