Translating Meta Data

Aaron Fickes asked on September 15, 2022 18:27

We are currently translating a rather content heavy site and have Google Translate working great, localization strings for templates, the whole works. However, the meta data fields on the Meta Data content tab (title, description, keywords) do not appear to have a means to translate those fields.

I've looked through the Documentation and done plenty of searches but I'm not finding anything.

Is this possible? What would be an alternate solution? Am I missing something?

Thanks

Perfect, if you have different languages in Kentico then you're set. Just have them edit the metadata on the other language.

Since you're not using the built-in multilingual functionality, you'll have to do that on your own. What version and development model are you using?

Well Brenden, now I couldn't see what was plainly obvious. Thanks. When switching to the other language in the CMS it's right there, but my content people were assuming it was changing both English/Spanish. We are using multilingual functionality in Kentico 12 (still on Portal)
