Tags with same size

Hi, everybody! I have a Tag Cloud in a page template, but on one of the pages I use it all of the tag are with the same size. I don't have the problem on the other pages with the same template. The size is random - between 15 and 30 px. Does anyone has an idea why it happens like that?

Maybe every tag in that page has the same weight?
