Tag Management in Admin Section

I found the Tag Group manager ,but how does an admin edit the tag...?

Just wondering how a customer can change a tag name like widget to widgets... Or maybe just remove the widget tag from all pages without selecting each page and deleting.

There is a place to manage your groups and see tags within those groups and pages/documents assigned to those tags. But you'd have to go directly to the database to edit the tag itself.
