Support Chat setup

How do you set up support chat? Following the developers guide, I enabled everything and placed webparts on pages, but nothing is showing up and nothing is working. There are also no chat transformations on the Site Manager side. Do we need to find these somewhere to make this work?

Sounds like the document type was removed. I've shared an export from a 7.0.41 build you can download here and import, or you can export from another site and import it yourself.

Thank you for your message.

Brended is most probably right if you are missing the Chat transformations.

Just a notice that you can easily install a Sample corporate site in Site manager ->Sites through our wizard and then checkout the support chat web part how it works and also to get the document type holding the chat transformations.
