Store only specific files in database

Hi all,

I'm quite new to Kentico, so this might be very basic:

is there a way to store specific files not in the database? Something like "store all files in db except for zip files".

Right now, it's all or nothing. You could limit this by the file types you allow but this would be an all or nothing as well across the site if you made the change at the site level.
