Staging Error Loading All the tasks

I am using content staging between 3 servers. 1st server to 2nd server is working perfectly. But from 2nd server to 3rd server even the staging module does not load up any tasks anymore and just showing the loading icon and later found error unigrid in the event log. My issue is similar to this one

Check the database and see how many records are in the Staging_Synchronization table, and the Staging_Task table.

Had issues where the Staging_Synchronization table had millions of rows and was causing an error loading the tasks.
