Smartsearch Filter webpart error Windows 10/IE 11

Hi all

Kentico: v8.1.8

We are seeing an issue with users on windows 10 machines using IE 11 browser. If they submit a form with a smartsearch filter web part attached the following error is logged:

We have been all queries regarding the windows but want to know where is the recycle bin location windows 10 is so that we can know the way to get the recycle bin.
