Smart Search and Smart Search Result is Displaying all the available products if we search a num how

I'm using Smart Search box and Smart Search Result webparts to display results
it is working fine as long as we are search for words but
it is resulting all the available products if I search for a number
is this a bug in Kentico or should i make any configuration changes

What is the index setup? Have you tried using different analyzer? This can affect the results as it says how to parse and index the content, the data.
