Where do you want to redirect? You can do it at the site level and the page level.

At the site level, go to Sites > your site and click on Aliases. There you can setup a redirect if someone requests a specific domain/page. OR you can use the URL Redirect module in IIS and perform redirects from a global level from there.

If you want to redirect at the page level, find the page in the content tree, click the Properties > Navigation > Menu actions tab and select URL redirection. Then enter the absolute URL you want that given page to redirect to when someone navigates to it.

In addition to Brenden's recommendations, you can also add the Random Redirection web part to a page. If you specify only one URL, then your visitors will always be directed to that URL when accessing that page.
