Please clear the cache on your browsers and try again. I had the same exact issue going from 7.x -> 8.x and that was the only thing that resolved it for me.

When you cleared your cache, did you physically delete all of it within your browser AND use CTRL + F5 to refresh?

Hi Brenden, Thank you for your reply,

I figured out the reason of this issue. I missed rename the jquery-core.js.new file in CMSScript/jquery. I changed the name of this file and Site manager work correctly. However, I still have a problem with embed jQuery-ui(\CMSScripts\jquery\jQueryUI\jquery-ui.js) to site. So please suggest a best solution for me.

Thank you again!

The method ScriptHelper.RegisterJQueryUI(Page); embed jquery-ui link (\CMSScripts\jquery\jQueryUI\jquery-ui.js) but the export package cannot include it.(https://docs.kentico.com/display/K8/Export+folder+structure)

No that directory cannot be exported but the file name still remains in v8 so it shouldn't be a problem.

Right! it shouldn't be a problem. I figure out the reason, because Kentico 8 use higher version of jQuery-ui and there are a few method is changed so my javascript file is not continue work. So we have to update them to correct this issue.
